PSU voltages?

Go to solution Solved by PCperson,

Ok it has subsided now anyways...

Hi everyone, I just finished building my first system and went into the BIOS to look at the PSU voltages are they normal?

12V rail: 11.952 volts

5V rail: 5.040 volts

3.3V rail: 3.344 volts

also: CPU temp: 32C idle in BIOS (w/ stock cooler)

FAN SPEEDS:

CPU fan: 1333 RPM

1st system fan: 639 RPM

2nd system fan: 584 RPM

3rd system fan: 564 RPM

I am running a GTX 750TI, a WD blue 1TB HDD, a LG SuperMultiDrive, an intel core i3 4150, and a SeaSonic 750W 80+ Gold PSU (I know I went way, way overkill, but I will be upgrading in the near future)

Specs: i3 4150 (hopefully soon to be upgraded), GTX 750Ti (Again, hopefully soon to be upgraded), Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z97 motherboard, G.Skill 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 memory, WD Blue 1TB HDD, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, Corsair Obsidian 450D, Seasonic X-series 750W 80+ Gold PSU.

Thanks for the help! I am super paranoid since this is my first time building a computer! It's worth noting that there is an extremely quiet buzzing when it is on... Its only noticeable if you really try to listen and the room is silent, is this bad?
