My PC:  http://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/Mrkimmy/saved/DGCCmG

2 Weeks Ago I built my very first computer and my friend told me to get RealTemp to check on the temperature of the computer but I have no clue if this is a good score and if this temperature is safe or risky. I changed my bios setting from 'Default' to 'XMP'. Should I change it back?

Your temps are fine as long as they stay under 80-90c at load.

XMP profiles are ram settings configured to work for your kit.
