specs :

CPU : i5 4590

GPU : asus gtx 760

RAM : 8gb corsair

MEMORY : samsung 840 evo 120gb + wd 1tb blue

PSU : corsair rm650

CASE : nzxt h440

i dont plan on overclocking and i know that the stock cooler would be good enough , but i want to get liquid cooling because i like the way it looks , especiall on the corsair h60 .

will the corsair h60 handle my build well and keep it at low temperatures at idle and at gaming ? what temperatures will it roughly be like ? ( take note , i'm not overclocking )

thank you !

in addition , which gpu should i go for ? i'm choosing between the powercolor r9 280 and the asus geforce gtx 760 direct cu ii oc 2gb .

The H60 is better than the stock cooler and will easily keep temps low. Stock load temps should be a bit below ~70c. The 280 is better than the 760.

Did your budget change?

This is quite the downgrade from original list that I suggested with a 290: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/277388-please-help-me-out-with-my-first-desktop/?p=3764023
