Motherboard defective?

So i just finished building my first rig and everything seemed to be ok until i tried to install windows

Now everytime i go to the bios it just doesnt work keyboard doesnt do anything mouse doesnt

Move, it doesnt show any temps or fan speed, here is a before and after

Parts are

4790k

Asus z97 pro

16gb corsair vengance pro 1866 1.5v

Evga 850w gold

Corsair h100i

Samsung 840 evo 250gb

Reset cmos, reseat everything except cooler.

 

Remove the Windforce, Hook up monitor to mobo graphics port.

 

Use just 1 RAM stick on another slot, and attach only one drive that you know is working. Plug I/O devices into USB 2 ports.

 

Then try again.

ill do that tight now and let you know if it works
