So I was thinking of getting a new CPU fan and go to push-pull on my Hyper 212 plus. What fans do you guys recommend? I would like to stay under $20 per fan ($40 total) but if you make a good argument I can change my mind. NO Delta fans... >.>  Looking for semi quiet and push a lot of air. Noise is really not a huge problem as long as It does not sound like I need Tie Downs to keep my computer from flying into space xD.

You're probably better off trying to sell your current cooler to get a better heatsink.

Push/pull doens't help much with temps--just a few degrees for the 212 Plus.

You could get a corsair sp120 high performance, I don't like them because they are load as fuck, but if. Noise isn't a problem they do move a lot of air. Don't bother getting 2 though push pull isn't gonna help much on a 212.

Corsair PE's are very not worth getting.
