That is pretty fast, an I think that is in the right range, normal SSDs are normally in the 500 range.

Just tested my computer's flash SSD (yes it is a MacBook Pro)

Wondering if these results are good? Had the computer for a year now and only used 208GB of 400GB.

Those are great read/write speeds and your drive seems to be healthy and functioning good. I would look around for a program that would test both your sequential and random 4K read/write speeds to give you a better idea of how fast is your drive working in reality. :) Otherwise - great system!

if im not mistaken its a few ssds in raid 0 so 700 seems about right

Nope, it has a single pcie ssd.
