I have an Asus G750 running Windows 8.1...

I have an 8 port USB hub that I connect my keyboard and mouse to. I have a wifi adapter a set of speakers and a tablet connected directly into the laptop,

Every-once-and-a-while, everything goes nuts and rapidly disconnects and connects maybe 200 times without any help from me.  Then all of a sudden works just fine. I don't think anything is wrong with my hardware.

Am I running too many things off of this laptop?

IDK where to start to fix it...

Is the hub powered from a separate power supply? If not might be too much drain on the USB port.

Or just a faulty hub, it happens
