I have a stable 50 Mb/s up, 50 mb/s down connection.

Pc1, Pc2 and my PS3 (4th gen) are wired to a switch, which goes to the router.
(all hardware goes up to 1 Gb/s)

The problem is, my pc gets priority over the PS3. Watching a youtube video on my pc can already have impact to online gaming on the PS3. I obviously don't want my games to lagg. I tried to look into prioritizing my PS3 over everything basically.. But the only thing I came across was "QoS" Quality of Service, which is supposed to handle the bandwidth priority for the wireless connected devices. The only "QoS" option I have on my router is "on/off". I looked up this type of router, and it's supposed to give priority to audio/video streams. But since my connection is wired, this shouldn't even be the issue, right?

Youtube 1080p streams go at around 8 Mb/s, so this shouldn't be any problem.. yet it is. Even 720p streams at 5 Mb/s are noticeable.

My router is an Arcadyan VGV7519 going to the Netgear Prosafe 8 way

Running a speedtest on speedtest.net gets me 48 down, and 55 up consistently.
Doing the connection test on the PS3 usually shows around 36-45 down, and 7-11 up

Any ideas on prioritizing or saving an "x" amount of bandwidth just for the PS3? I already set the PS3 to have a static ip local.

Thanks
