Used 7950 TF3 by MSI on Ebay

I recently bought an MSI HD 7950 TF III and it cost 150USD, I currently am not able to test it myself using any components because I'm not in the wealthiest person, and I can't get a job (age) legally to be able to get the rest of the parts at this time. Is there any other ways I could make sure the card works? 

I enjoy roaming. Sorry, I don't post much ;=;

Take it to a local computer shop and ask them to test it for you?
