Recommend me a cooler?

Would love a cooler to replace my stock cooler. After playing a round of BF3, saw my temps were 99-100c scared me quite a bit. I don't know if it's normal but it scared me. I'm looking for the best cooler. Quiet. Looks nice. And does a hella good job at cooling. Budget is around 60? Could go a bit more. Case is a 300R, processor is the 4790 and my motherboard is the z97 guard pro by MSI. Was thinking of the 212 EVO. But wanted to see if there's any better coolers.

 

Was gonna thing of getting the u14s noctua and exchange the fans to the industrial fans by noctua to match the colors of my case (black). but idk.

212 EVO or the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock

Your cpu is locked so I would get a 212 evo and a 140mm fan for your case I added two 120 cougar vortexs at the front of my 300r did wonders for Temps

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

I bought a CM hyper 212 EVO a few months ago, on sale for $35. It really keeps things chilled. My i5 4670K went from 80 to 90 at 100% load with the stock Intel cooler to temps. of 50 to 60 at load with my 212 EVO. I would definately recommend the 212 EVO.

If you can stretch your budget to ~$99 and you have room in your case for the rad i'd recommend the H100i.

You won't find a better cooler for the money than the hyper 212 evo. If $-perfomance is important, get that. Otherwise, a shadow rock slim would work.
