Powerful and silent build

I'm gonna build a pc for my friend, in january.

Budget is 1050€, not more, and it should be silent; obviously not extremely silent, it should be nearly audible

So here are the specs(not using PcPartPicker because i couldn't find all the parts In the Italian site)

I just want to know if there is anything that you would change, and why

And i also want to know if the case( silencio550) has good enough airflow(1x800rpm intake on the front, 1x nf-f12 intake front, 1x800rpm exhaust, back)
