Oneplus One AT&T Issue

Took them to the AT&T store, the phones weren't in their system. They entered the IMEIs and that was that.

So me and my dad just got 64GB OnePlus Ones, but they won't connect to AT&T's network-at all. No LTE, HSPA+, or 2/3G. Only Wi-Fi. Do we need to activate them or something? We just popped our old SIMs into the new phones...

Hmm wierd i use PC mobile (Bell network) and just swapped sims and it worked. Is the sim in the right way?My friend put his sim upsidedown

Yes it is. Neither of our devices can connect to the internet without Wi-Fi enabled. The Signal bar turns orange when Wi-Fi is disabled.
