Upgrade?

should I upgrade from my 3770 to a 4790k on a msi z97s krait? I'd like to because then I can utilize my old rip jaws x 32gb which was incompatible with my p8z77-v lk. I had a couple questions on a thread I made, and i basically want to oc and to have a nice black/white scheme in a h440. Any reasons?

It's not worth it. The 3770 is still very good.
