Looking for a good sounding pair of 75 USD headphones i can go to 100$ doesnt need a mic but i want it to sound as nice as possible

NVX Audio XPT100 would be my choice. REbranded Brainwavz HM5 for a lot less. Most comfortable headphones you will wear, more analytic sound signature, and a very good soundstage for a closed pair of headphones.

Superlux HD668B, they are closer to $50 than $75, but have amazing reviews.  You can also buy some Velour Earpads for them on eBay for $15, and it takes their comfort to the next level.
