Will this help my back light?

hi i have an cm storm quickfire tk

with blue backlight and i have metal keycaps

and the backlight isnt as bright now as with stock keycaps

so i was thinking if these would help with my backlight? http://techkeys.us/collections/accessories/products/clear-mx-switch-cover

No, that wouldn't make a difference. The issue is that your new keycaps don't let as much light through.

i also have a blackwidow ultimate classic with stock keycaps will the clear switch covers help make it brighter?
