So I have (I guess) successfully built my PC..

Specs:

Intel i5 4690k

MSI Z97 G45 Motherboard

8gb DDR3 2400mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM

Asus 780 Poseidon

Corsair H100i

Samsung 840 120gb SSD

3tb Seagate (Not sure what color)

Corsair AX860i

All housed in a Corsair Air 540

So, everything was going fine until I tried to boot. The computer booted, meaning that the fans, GPU, CPU Cooler, etc turned on. But, when I connected the HDMI cable to my GPU, my monitor said "No signal". I then took the GPU out and just tried it with my MOBO's display ports, still no luck. I have tried a VGA (from my MOBO) and a HDMI from both my MOBO and GPU. I then tried a 750ti in the build just to see if that changed anything, but still no luck. Really hoping that its not my CPU thats broken or damaged to some extent. There are no bent or broken pins. The board looks brand new, Could it be that this board doesnt support the 4690k with the BIOS? I have been reading that some MSI boards didnt cooperate with 4690k's with the 2.0 BIOS. THe manual says I have a SM Bios of 2.7 and a DM of 2.0. Could that mean that my board doesnt support my CPU, and it just wont boot without either flashing a new BIOS or getting a new board? I was considering the ASUS Maximus Hero VI. Thats about all I can tell you, since I cant even boot into BIOS!! Please help me D: I need an answer as quick as possible so I can order it or go price match it at Microcenter.

Thanks!

What about flashing the BIOS to a different BIOS?  As for DM of 2.0 what does that mean?

Also how do you have a BIOS of 2.7 when it doesn't even show one out yet for that motherboard?  It says 2.5 is the latest BIOS.

Check if your CPU cooler is tighten enough to the CPU, that happened to me once because the CPU was not in full contact with my H100i and it would not post and it booted and fans turned and went off after.

Again, I am just reading from the manual. The box doesnt say anything, nor does the MOBO itself
