$100-$150 Dynamic Microphone

I'm in need of a new microphone between $100 and $150 and am looking to be using it for high quality voice chat and commentaries. I heard that the Dynamic Microphones are better for voice capture than the cardiod ones which pick up a lot of background noise like my Cherry MX Blues.

 

I really just want one that'll pick up my voice and not my keyboard/computer fans.
