downloading taking forever

i have no clue about down load speeds and what not but I am sure a game should not take almost a whole day. here is a pic of my Steam DL page and Speedtest.net

is this correct? is 2.2MB on point? I had a cable modem put in the wall just for my PC...  so no wifi. wire from wall to modem to router to PC. I read Gamer First 3 would slow some things down so I got rid of it and notice no difference... I tried to change my location in steam to Boston, Denver, Utah, and FLorida.... and same results. is my DL speed correct with my set up or am i not doing something right?
