Looks good but why not the 8GB version it would help in big resolutions, why not 240 AIO.

Indeed there is. I'll get you a part list. What laptop do you have and what GPU would you like to use. I highly recommend Nvidia reference or EVGA to avoid problems

Alright, I hope you got Ethernet. So what your gonna wanna do is get one of these http://www.banggood.com/EXP-GDC-Laptop-External-PCI-E-Graphics-Card-p-934367.html in the "mini-PCI flavor" You will need to have your bottom cover of your laptop removed at all times. Remove the Wifi card, and replace it with the mini PCI lead coming from the PCI slot. Insert your favorite GPU, in this case being a 750ti, to make it easier get the one that runs purely off PCI power. Then you have to plug a PSU into the PCIE x16 slot device. There is a video on this. Let me find it

I believe you need a PSU, and litterally plug it into the holder device. I suggest you start a thread over on this forum: http://forum.techinferno.com/ they know a TON about eGPUs. Thats where I learned, and I would hate to give you false info.
