Hello guys!!I have this problem...my phone went into boot loop..I had this problem a while ago but i hard reset it and it was ok but now i can`t do it because after i got my ssd i made a clean install and i did not bother to connect my phone to my pc so i do not have it in my device list and now when i connect it to my pc it fails to find it as a device it says it`s a malfunctioning device...and i can not put it into EDU mode..if you have any idea how to fix this i will be very thankfull..

Hold the lock buttton and the middle button that iphone has to hard reset it and open it again

that will only work if the device is actually booted i believe. I think the OP meant he factory reset it

Clean install of windows? Install your usb drivers, I'm assuming you're plugged into a usb3 port which will require drivers to work.

Nope into 2.0...usb drivers are up to date and still says that the device is not working properly and i am mad...
