Since you're looking for a storage drive I would recommend WD Green, which is designed for such usage. It has reduced power consumption, comes with capacity up to 6TB and you can use it in consumer RAID applications in RAID 1 configuration. You check it here:

 


 

However, if you decide to put WD Green in RAID, don't put more than two drives in the array and make sure that both drives have no errors or problems of any kind. You can take a look at this article from our knowledge base for more information:
