While there are things like the Monoprice dac/amp that can output to multiple devices, one through RCA and one through the front 3.5mm, you won't be able to separate the game and music sound.

ive done it with my integrated MB audio but its my integrated audio so its pretty staticy

If the program you're using can select what device you're playing out of than you can get 2 dacs and that would work. Check out the syba dac/amp.
