SPC smartwatch

Hello 
I bought a smartwatch is an spc smartee watch 
and i have a wiko rainbow with android kitkat 4.4.2 
and i im having troubles with the app that manages the watch witch is the spc smartee watch 
the problem is the watch is already paired with the smartphone an i launch the app and the app frozes and then says that stop responding 
i would appreciate a litle help in order so solve the problem
