it means that you have to update the bios before installing the the 8320.its alot easier to just get a directly compatible motherboard. its a good cpu unlike what some people will tell you

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Most motherboards by now should come with the BIOS updated anyway. However, if it's not, you'll need a compatible-by-default CPU in order to update the BIOS, or to RMA it for an updated one. I'd look into getting a board that's compatible with it without a BIOS update.

Not if the BIOS comes updated already, which does happen.

8350 is just a higher base clock then the 8320 also doesn't matter intel is just as good as AMD for gaming, maybe even better when going for single core performance.

intel might be better but im working with a budget and amd offers better prices

All it means is you will need to update the bios to beable to use the CPU with the motherboard if your lucky AMD get new board and not one that was sittin on the shelf for a while you'll have an updated bios with it if not you'll need s CPU that's compatable with the bios it shipped with then use that CPU update the. Bios then the motherboard will work with your CPU
