Would this setup work well for cooling?

So i drew a little image in paint of how my case currently looks like. Blue lines are airflow. Does this work good enough, or would you change something? I cant really use anything else except those fans that are installed and mentioned in the picture. If any more questions, please ask.

looks good maybe have the top fans be an exhaust because the dust will be insane

 

290? have a bottom exhaust

 

I probably could turn the PSU around so it takes in air from the case.

Yeah that looks like a good idea, do that and everything else looks fine.

Having the top fans intaking is giving him positive air pressure, reducing dust.

It shouldn't be a problem, it will cause it to run abit warmer but not enough to overheat.

There is no software to monitor PSU temp. To monitor it you will have to get a temperature probe and place it onto the PSU, but this is unnecessary, unless under extreme conditions PSU's don't generally overheat before other components so don't worry about it. If you do get really worried though I'm pretty sure the only way to check temps is to buy a probe.
