Can anyone help in CyanogenMod flashing?

Hi, so I've been trying to but have failed miserably at trying to flash my Verizon Galaxy S3 with CyanogenMod, so I could really use some help from a kind and experienced custom rom flasher.

I fail at flashing an alternate bootloader.

 

My phone is rooted, and running android 4.4.2.

before you do ANYTHING does the usb cable give you ANY trouble

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Nope, the cable is perfectly fine. And I've got plenty of alternates just in case too.
