@gylmir

Try to find the factory OS images for it. A quick Google search could help.

and what should i do when i find it? how can i get it on the tablet?

i bought them from aliexpress.com and they where send from hong kong but that don't matter since the other tablet is working 100%.

Hong Kong=China=Chinese knockoffs. I'm a little skeptical here. You should contact aliexpress and ask them why you have some strange OS running on your tablet. You might be able to run a custom android ROM on them.

The tablet in the first picture looks like it's running android, it could be running a custom launcher that makes the UI look a little different.  Does the tablet have google apps installed? (gmail, maps, playstore, etc...)    Can you sideload apps or install .apk files?

If it's already running android, and it's just a visual skin that you don't like, you could try installing a different launcher, such as nova or google now launcher.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.launcher&hl=en_GB

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher&hl=en_GB

If you don't like the OS itself, your options are to either return the device or to flash something else.

If you want to flash something else, you will have to first go out and find a factory image or a custom rom (if there is one available for your tablet), then you will have to do some research and learn how to flash it.

@simtransporter thx i will try that first. I hope its just the launcher i will try to install a new one.

Just curious, why are you jumping to the conclusion that it's not Android and not having Android on it is bad?

It's probably Android though because the navigation buttons on the bottom looks like the ones in Android but modified to have more features.

it is possible that there is no android software on since it comes from the other side of the world from the land of the copy cat.

i will try all methods from above to see which one works.

Consider this, it'll require more man power and know-how to make their own OS rather than just make a launcher for Android. IIRC, one of the manufacturer in China uses a custom version of Android where all Google integration was stripped out and replaced with the local search engine, Baidu. That could be what's running on your tablet. Anyways, good luck on resolving your issue and Merry Christmas!
