replaced cpu now have a run dll error

hey guys i have another problem with my system. i replaced the cpu and now i get a runDLL error(see pics) and when i try to do anything the screen just flashes.

Thats from having a logitech mouse, don't worry about it. if it bothers you too much delete the reg key for it.

PEWDIEPIE DONT CROSS THAT BRIDGE

Launch the Taskmanager.
Under TAB Startup search for LogiLDA
Right mouse button an disable.

Message popup resolved.

Stop here if you dont know the Windows registry.
But if you know go to the next step.

Open the commandprompt and type Regedit

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Find the entry Logitech Download Assistant

Select it, right mouse button and Remove.

i dont have any logitech devices. and i cant do anything with the pc. the screen just flashes.
