Compact Media PC

Hi, im looking for a PC for our home theatre. Ive done a few builds in the past but am thinking i just want to get something pre built and compact. Would have to be under $400. All the pc would need to be able to do is stream HD videos, play 1080p movies from a hard drive and be able to run Steam game stream.

Well Idk if there are any good compact pre-built computers for this price range that can run steam games but this should be good. It is $10.49 overbudget with the mail in rebates applied but if you don't want to worry about those, then switch the CPU to an A10-6800k.

Thanks man and it didnt need to run steam games, i have a gaming pc that was 2000 in my room. It just needs to be able to handle game stream. My pc upstairs powers the game.
