AirFlow/Fan Configuration Help

I am working on building my first PC and I have conducted about 3 months of research in order to choose my parts. During that time I came across many sites preaching that slightly positive internal pressure is better or that slightly negative pressure is the best and I didn't really care too much until now. I have a 450D with just the two standard fans in the front and the one in the back and I am trying to mount an h100i in the top but if I mount the fans on the radiator as intakes, which is what is recommended and is what I personally want to do, leaves me with four intakes and only one exhaust which I am assuming is in no way the optimal solution. So even though this is a excruciatingly stupid and boring question could any of you out there suggest a fan configuration or solution that would give me the best airflow and internal pressure? Any and all help is appreciated.

Use your AIO as an exhaust and make your rear exhaust an intake.
