Ok, "as cheap as possible" and a custom water loop usually doesn't work out too well. If you're just going to cool your CPU and want cheap watercooling, you might check out AIOs instead of a custom loop first.

If you stay with a custom loop, you seem to have everything covered (except fans for the radiator), and as has been said: you'll need more than one fitting (actually two per component in the loop): Except maybe only 1m of tubing is cutting it really close. I'd go for another meter - better to have some left over after the build, than having a few centimeters of gap you cannot connect.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K | MB: ASUS Maximus VII Formula | RAM: G.Skill TridentX 32GB 2400MHz (DDR-3) | GPU: EVGA GTX980 Hydro Copper | Storage: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD + Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SSD (+NAS) | Sound: OnBoard | PSU: XFX Black Edition Pro 1050W 80+ Gold | Case: Cooler Master Cosmos II | Cooling: Full Custom Watercooling Loop (CPU+GPU+MB) | OS: Windows 7 Professional (64-Bit)

Are you only going to be cooling you CPU? What is your budget?

My budget is basically good quality for low £££.

Cheap and watercooling never really go hand in hand. If you want something that is all packaged and takes the guess work out of it, I would go with a kit from EK like this: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/18964/ex-wat-249/EK_L240_Complete_Dual_120mm_Liquid_Cooling_Kit_EK-KIT_L240.html?tl=g57c607s1948

All you literally need to do is order some distilled water and your're set. The price is really good not to mention you can always order different colored coolant or tubing to match your build. Just read the directions before starting.

Ebay for rads, ebay for pumps and res combos, Order distilled water from amazon, Go rigid tubing to save money on fittings such as 90 degree ones. Advice from experience and my own regrets lol, I wish I would of just done it properly with Rigid tubing.

Cheap doesnt work, if you cant really afford it, please dont do it.

The 'cheapest' way to probably go about this is a AIO for CPU and something like a H60 on a G10 bracket...

See my post, you can do it slightly cheaper with quality 2nd hand parts from people upgrading etc, I do however agree with you in that it isn't cheap at all, and if it's worth doing its worth doing correctly.
