DDR is Double Data Rate so even if it's set to 1333mhz your computer will cut that in half

Is there anywhere i can check the speeds of my ram? I have it set at 1333mhz on my bios but my 3dmark says it runs at 667Mhz D:

I'd trust the BIOS reading over that..

If I had a dollar for everytime someone didn't know what DDR stood for I'd have a swimming full of 5960x's.
