I have tried getting rid of all other mouse drivers, i tried a lighter colored mouse pad, i tried a smooth/non-gritty mouse pad, i tried not plugging it into a usb 3.0 and into a 2.0, i tried cleaning the laser lens, i tried restarting my computer and nothing some please help me!

I had this on my R.A.T. 5 for a while (Windows 8.1)

 

I downloaded the drivers from the Mad Catz website, installed them, rebooted, changed the USB port the mouse was plugged into, and it stopped stuttering again.

 

May I ask what OS you are using?
