Windows 8.1 error?

Hey all,

 

when i go onto the store on windows 8.1 it takes for ever to load and says : Before u can get windows 8.1 from the store,you need to install the latest updates from windows update. and when i update it it still comes up

 

 

 

all help is appriciated thanks
