FX6300 or FX6350

my question is which should I get, I WILL BE OVERCLOCKING aiming for 4.0-4.5ghz so in this situation does the FX6350 offer better max clocks than the FX6300,

I will be using a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ with AS5

Yeah most definitely get the 6350. 

Everything about it is better than the 6300, and it only costs like 10-20 dollars more.
The overclocking will be the same as the 6300.

 

Ps. with my 6300 it is very easy to hit 4.5, there's a great tutorial on how to OC them here.

The reason I was aiming for 4.5 was that it is easy to hit and I don't have much experience.oc'ing, only with my phenom 9550 2.2ghz up to 2.64ghz with pure fsb oc'ing

when you OC the FX processor make sure you up FSB, HT, NB. Because just upping multiplier wont get much performance. FX processors love high MHZ ram.
