so in linus's video he was using msi afterburner and on the graph it showed power and the one i have doesn't say that. it is the same version. i couldn't find it anywhere in setting so can you guys tell me where it is ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXZrWqCT7R0#t=889 )

You have an AMD GPU, that's why.
