HELP MEH!

So I built my computer yesterday and I have installed Win 7 64 bit on my 120gb ssd. I also have a 1tb hard drive that i want to have all my downloads, steam games and programs into. So here is the problem.. when i download and install anything it auto goes to my ssd and i don't want to keep re-selecting the area i want my downloads to go. I want to put my user area on my hard drive so i can i have my downloads and my steam library but i still want my os to be on my ssd. HELP ME!

Processor: Intel i7 4770k, Motherboard: Asus Z97-P RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB GPU: MSI GTX 1050TI OC Case: Corsair ICUE 4000X, Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB + 500GB + 2TB HDD PSU: Corsair RM750, Cooling: Corsair H100i Capellix,
