Media Server Build

Hey guys so I'm running an Athlon 64 X2 3800+ in my server right now. I figured it was time to upgrade. So, I want your opinion on this. The only thing that would be bought are the RAM, CPU, and Mobo. I already have everything else. I might toss in a SATA card since this board only has 2 SATA ports. Looks pretty good. If you plan on putting some hard drives in it you might have to get a sata or a raid card.

Yeah, if I add more storage I will do that.
