I bet most people will say the Define R4 at $99.

only problems I had with this case would be no dust filters (easily fixable), the stock fans are loud (again easily fix), and space in the case and behind the motherboard is a little cramp.

A Bitfenix Shinobi/ Corsair C70 will be good choices for your case. The C70 sometimes goes on sale for $100.

Fractal Design, either the Define or the Arc. I had a corsair 300R and thought it was a pretty good case for the price. Then I got a Define R4 on sale for $80 (retail is usually at $99) and it blows the 300R out of the water. Overall WAY better build quality. Thick heavy steel.
