So this Is just a quick little question. Upgrading to an Asus z97-Pro, first motherboard/CPU upgrade and was just wondering, Is it better to use the Intel Sata controller? or the ASMedia Sata controller?

Generally, Intel. As media is not bad though.

Basically you can use either one, but Intel is a bit better, so just prioritise Intel above asmedia. Feel free to use asmedia ones though.
