CPU over throttling

hallo when i overclook my cpu up to 4.6 with 1.275 volts or 1.3 after 10 minutes of system stability test from aida64 my cpu throttles and then blue screen can someone help me?

MY PC   CPU INTEL i7 4790k   MOTHERBOARD ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK1   COOLING CORSAIR H80i    CASE BITFENIX RONIN   RAM 2X4GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600MHZ  GPU GIGABYTE GTX 970 G1 PSU CORSAIR RM750 WATT SSD SAMSUNG PRO 850 256GB HDD WD 1TB BLUE

cpu temps are around 70-72 but core temps are 87

i put it back to normal now...leave it i wont over clook it :P

i forgot to tell you that 87 are the max temps the average are 67-72
