im trying to build my first pc because my laptops live is slowly nearing its end.

my budget is not high and is not helped by the fact that i live in the netherlands.

I have the goal of keeping the total price below €700 eu > 860 usd (due to insane pricing over here this comes down to 700usd

with help from here i managed to make a list of components i belive will work .

I would like to ask you guys if i have made any mistakes in my choices, i was also wondering what performance i might expect in games like far cry 4.

my choices for parts are based on what i could easely obtain here

a list of the parts in pc partpicker(with out a case)

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pzwVZL

same list with the case from a dutch site

Looks good, You will be able to handle almost everything at pretty good graphics.
Personally i would not go with Asrock, But they are a rebranded branch from Asus so it doesnt really matter.

WD Green drives are not suitable system drives. Get a Seagate Barracuda or WD Blue instead. If neither of those are available you could go with a Toshiba although it has a smaller cache and will not perform quite as well.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The Blue and Barracuda are 7200 rpm drives designed for reasonably high read/write traffic. WD Green are 5400 rpm drives (slower access) designed principally for archival storage. They are not built to take the frequent reads & writes of a system drive.
