Ok, but what if the back of my case is in a confined space. Let me show you this pic.

the reference cooler is still better.

outside of the case, hot air can just raise up while when it's inside it can't go anywhere.

Well, inside, it get push out the back slightly but mostly it's exhausted by my rad.

well.. and because of that your cpu doesnt get cooled as good as before because it's cooled by air warmed-up by your gpu. that's why you want a reference card.

but dont worry, your pc wont explode because of that.

Yeah I know, it's just I was wondering how much of a temp change it would do. Got my PC for about 7 months and good temps but was just wondering how better temps I could get.

take your gpu out and then look at your temperatures.
