If you don't want to spend a lot of money than you can get rid of the SSD (or keep the ssd and get rid of the hdd if you dont need storage?), cheaper case, cheaper fans. If it was me I would just save more money and buy 1 thing at a time and get a baller build.  :)

First of all:

- You don't need that CPU, get 4460
- You don't need an after market cooler
- You can always add more fans later
- Try looking for a cheaper windows, like on G2A (i'm not vouching for them or anything, since i never used them, but they're, supposedly, quite cheap)

Also, why the heck did you choose that expensive 280x... There're a lot of other options....

I think you tried too hard to cram a 970 into it... I wouldn't cheap out on the Motherboard, since it's literally the heart of your build... Also, you can get 290 for 80$~ less, and it has similar performance...

Also, better RAM....
