PC bugging out

I don't know how to explain this, so i'm going to start from the beginning. I bought a gtx 650ti, and my psu was week, the screen freeze and the sound freak out in a loop of 200 milliseconds, repeating the sound over and over, the only thing to do is to hold the power button. So I bought another psu, a 600w from corsair, plenty of energy, but that thing happened to me again. It's not when I'm playing tho, just doing normal things, sometimes it doesn't happen for weeks, sometimes it happens from day to day, somebody to help me?
