New Build Recomendations FIXED LINK

Hey guys! I am going to be building my 5th computer but this time for me and not my clients.  I need help to bring down the cost and for reccomendations on what parts to pick. Do I need to replace the fans? Will the upcoming Swiftech h240x work with this case, and fit over the ram and motherboard? Will the new NVIDIA Titan 2 or 980ti (if that's what they will be called) Will come out by the end of February (i need to build this for a competition/convention)?

 

1. Budget & Location
Max Budget: $6000 USD

2. Aim
Content creation (4k and 1080p video 60fps), HD 1080p 60fps live streaming, CAD and 3D work, Heavy gaming(Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4, Counter Strike:Global Offensive, Borderlands the pre sequel, and it needs to handle future games.)

Waiting until the new NVIDIA enthusiast GPU comes out for 2 way sli

3. Monitors
2 Asus VG248QE Monitors 1920x1080p 144hz 1ms response time looking to upgrade to 3 monitors in the future with 1 being an ROG Swift as my main monitor.

4. Peripherals
Windows 8.1 (i know it sucks) Corsair k95 rgb cherry mx brown, Steelseries H Wireless, already have a logitech g502

5. Why are you upgrading?
old 2008 PC very slow with outdated parts and runs into lag spikes a lot even with upgraded internet services.

If you are doing lots of CAD work then get an IPS monitor. They will give you far better colour reproduction than a TN panel.
