New Budget build

So I been running a lower midend gaming system with an fx-6100 and a 560 ti for about 3 years and I finally saved up for a new build. It wasn't nothing too crazy I spent about $800 dollars for a completely new system as I was giving my old one to my little brother. 

Specs:

FX-8350

CM Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

MSI GD65V2 Mobo

G Skill 2133 8gb DRR3 Sniper

750w Tier 2 Rosewill PSU

Old 500gb HD lying around

Corsair M65 Mouse

CM Storm Quickfire XT Mechanical Keyboard

Qck Mass Mousepad

Wifi PCI Card

And finally my most priced piece, a Gigabyte G1 GTX 970

All put into a CM Haf 912 Case.

 

Overall, I'm pretty happy about my system so far. The 970 hasn't come in yet but I'm hoping it's gonna be nice. Just thought I'd make an account here and post my new budget build as I haven't really been into it before but I'm gonna try and overclock and stuff now. Hope somebody might like the build and see that it's not too expensive to build a PC that can run everything on Ultra. (:

Looks fine to me but I would rather spend a tiny bit more and get something like an i5 4440/4460

Yeah but that would've put a few hundred dollars on top of it. But if I had money of course.
