Intel DH67BLR? how is it for I7 3770

So my mobo died last night... R.I.P
and I need a new mobo
no need for oc sli crossfire or anything like that
just a working mobo without problems
is this a good mobo Intel DH67BLR

for my system
i7 3770k
gtx 670 2gb evga ftw
12gb ram (8gb+4gb)
730w thermaltake psu
ssd 120gb + hdd wd 500gb + seagate 500gb

oh yeah is my noctua nh d-14 fit on this mobo

Intel no longer make motherboards for modern systems

 

You preferably need a z77 motherboard

Yes though it might limit your over-clocking potential, if you are not bothered then any of those will suffice

like 40 bucks... but I found a better one... ASRock h77m for 60 bucks... I much prefer the 77 chipset... thanks anyways!
