Fan Speeds

So i am using the msi krait Motherboard and the lowest i can set the system fans to is 50% is there a way to make them go slower do i need to by a fan controller if so witch one and btw i am using the h440 so i cant use an optical drive slot or i heard you can under volt let me know how to do any of theses

If your mobo can't set speeds for 3pins under 7V (= 50%), then you indeed need fan controller or fan speed reducer. There are fan controllers that fit into 3.5'' slots and you can use them backwards (knobs into case). What software's you have tried for adjusting fan speeds?
