What program are you using ? You should use this one which is really easy

Tis what im using (the updated one) the issue is that the pc reconises two controller the actual ps4 controller and then the 360 controller that the program emulates the problem is is that the 360 section is reconised as a second controller not a primary making the  games choose to use the ps4 device driver not 360 driver

Its using the one in circled in red not the one in black (needs to use the one circled in blackpost-18784-0-52525800-1418684414_thumb.p

Most DS4-tools have an option called "hide-DS4" or something similar, this should do the trick. Also, have you installed all the drivers in the right order? I know that I had a similar issue when I installed them the wrong way.

Check out DS4windows, http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-DS4Windows-Another-fork-another-thread

It enables you to use a dual shock 4 controller for any game you that has xbox 360 game pad support, and you can make macros, like when I tilt the controller upwards the light bar shows me what level my battery is at, and you can use the touch pad as a mouse tool. I use it via bluetooth on my laptop, and I use micro usb to regular usb on my desktop.
